Royalty Revenue
Our royalty revenues have grown significantly over the last several years and we expect continued growth before the expiration of our Queen et al patents in December 2014.
- In 2008, the largest royalties were from sales of Avastin®, Herceptin®, and Synagis®
- Royalties from sales of Avastin®, Lucentis®, and Tysabri® increased more than 25% in 2008 as compared with 2007
- Other commercialized products include Xolair®, Mylotarg®, and Actemra®
- Licensees’ product pipelines include new indications for Avastin, Herceptin, Lucentis, and Xolair all in Phase 3, and Phase 3 Alzheimer’s disease products from Lilly and Wyeth
